Main tasks, works


Collect information on webshop products, assist with order entry, check on pending orders. Handle complaints. Report to the client on tasks to be solved. Initiate outbound calls for customer care in Romania.

Expectations of the post


  • Opening hours from 9 am to 5 pm.

  • One shift.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Basic typing.

  • Good communication skills

  • Team player

  • Punctuality

  • No home office option, office work required. Office is in Miskolc!
